Earl D. Mills
Earl D. Mills
Earl Mills has served on the Board of Directors for five years and is a member of the Board of Directors Loan and Executive Committee. Born in Canadian County, Mills is also a long-time cattle farmer in the area and a member of Mills Law Firm, where he has practiced law for 45 years. Mills and his wife have two sons, who are in law practice with him, one daughter, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Steve Ketter
Steve Ketter
Steve Ketter, a lifelong resident of Canadian County, works as a Certified Public Accountant in El Reno, serves on the finance committee at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in El Reno, is a member of the Board of Directors Loan and Executive Committee and has been a member of the Board of Directors at the bank since 1982. Originally from Union City, he has lived in El Reno for 30 years where he raised three children, who all graduated from El Reno High School. Steve has also served as Riverside School Board President and Sacred Heart Parish Councilmember.
David Tinsley
David Tinsley
David Tinsley has served on the Board of Directors for two years and is also a member of the Board of Directors Loan and Executive Committee. David serves as general manager at Midwest Bus Sales, Inc. in El Reno. A lifetime resident of El Reno, David’s family includes his wife Penny and son Ryan Tinsley; daughter Neleigh Haydon and her husband Rodney; and daughter Kirstein Haydon, her husband Kenny and their two children, Conner and Callen Haydon.
David DeLana
David DeLana
David DeLana, president of Heritage Press, has lived in El Reno for 60 years and has been an Advisory Director for five years. David is the incoming chairman of the National Printing Association of America, director of Prevent Blindness of Oklahoma, a member of the El Reno Recreation Authority, member of the Parkview Hospital Board of Trustees and serves on the El Reno Economic Development and Tourism Committee. David and his wife Janice have two children and four grandchildren.
Donna Williams
Donna Williams
Serving as an Advisory Director for two years, Donna lives in Canadian County where she and her husband, Jim, have headquartered their business, CPI Pipe and Steel, since 1981. Donna works as secretary/treasurer of the business while her husband serves as president and their two sons, Dallas and Tyler, also work full-time.
Ray Evans
Ray Evans
Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of The Bank of Union, Ray Evans has worked for the bank for 19 years and has served on the Board of Directors for six years. Ray is also a member of the Lions Club as well as a board member for the United Way in Canadian County. Ray and his wife, Darlene, live in Minco and have five daughters.
Jeff Wills
Jeff Wills
Jeff Wills is the Chief Operating Officer at CV Medical Solutions in Oklahoma City. In addition to serving on The Bank of Union Board of Directors, Mr. Wills is currently a member of TEC, The Executive Committee, a worldwide organization focusing on increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of CEOs, has been a member on the Board of the Medical Equipment Suppliers Association, member and President of the El Reno Public School Board, President of the El Reno Lions Club and board member and Chairman of the Home Medical Equipment/Respiratory Therapy Advisory Council of The American Association of Homecare. Members of Wesley United Methodist Church and residents of El Reno for more than 20 years, Jeff and his wife, Tracey, have two children, Matthew and Jessica.
Eldon R. Ventris
Eldon R. Ventris
Eldon R. Ventris is a longtime member of the Board of Directors having faithfully served since 1961. After retiring from his work in insurance and managing several farms, Eldon’s new full-time job—golf—keeps him more active and busier than ever. He and his wife, Jeanie, have lived in Minco for more than 50 years, and they have four children, Larry, Keith, Randall and Jeanna Beth Morris.
